I was excited about using this service and everything seemed legitimate - however the second I paid for the app conversion is when the problems started. The app was full of errors and not able to run in Xcode - I emailed them and waited - no reply. I waited weeks for a reply asking for a screenshot - then no reply again - I have been emailing them back and forwards for three months and the only reply I have had is asking for the same screenshot again - it have messaged via twitter, via their web chat on their website and via email - no responses weeks later - I feel like I have been scammed out of money - I understand that businesses that feature here are very early stages - but I had some faith that it would be in the end a useful product but the terrible customer service and how they have just abandoned their users by not replying to any form of communication is literally the worst experience I have had dealing with another business. I am in the process of trying to get my card company to reverse the charge - I have given up on building the app for my business and will stick to building a web app instead. A giant waste of time and money all in all.
