Network security as a service
Cato Networks has created a new platform to address the new world’s networking and security challenges. It is comprised of 2 tightly integrated pillars: the Cato Cloud Network and Cato Security Services.
Cato Security Services: a next generation firewall directly built into the network fabric. It enforces application-level policies and URL filtering. Cato Cloud Network: Traffic routing, DNS, DHCP, and encryption are handled by Cato Cloud. Optimal routing between PoPs is ensured by utilizing a single carrier end-to-end which minimizes latency. Multiple optimizations including dynamic path selection, forward error correction, and transparent proxy are applied to all traffic.
