CartHero is a Shopify App that recovers abandoned checkouts by offering them discounts or reminders and customer service using live agents. The text messages send automatically X hours after your customer abandons their checkout and offers them a discount or reminder, if the customer is interested then we will send them a code and a short link to return to their cart.
