Beehive Talent creates a better hiring experience with a short video exchange between hiring manager and candidate. This is not a traditional video interview platform, this is a change to the hiring culture.
Hiring managers are first required to post an up to 1-minute video job description and then list minimum criteria for the job. Candidates apply by acknowledging they meet the minimum criteria and with an up to 1-minute video response talking directly to the hiring manager. No bland resume or job descriptions, just real people meeting each other about professional needs. Beehive Talent is a video job board that creates a virtual job fair for hiring managers and candidates.
