AI Assist provides private, local-first meeting notes powered by your own OpenAI and Anthropic keys. A Chrome extension captures the meeting tab while a desktop helper runs Whisper transcription locally, so no bot joins your call and raw audio never leaves your machine. It offers proactive insights from your files during calls and lets you ask questions with citations to documents you've permissioned. Optional end-to-end encrypted cloud sync lets you access transcripts across devices. Pay a one-time $3 fee for the desktop license; API usage costs are separate.
