Yitch is like Yelp but in reverse. When you finish a job, you can leave a review for the customer, just like they can leave one for you. Other businesses can see that history before taking a job. Customers who pay on time, communicate clearly, and treat workers with respect build a good reputation. Customers who don't are known to others.
