Workshop IT
Elicit and align stakeholder needs before project workshops
Workshop IT develops Jessica, an AI platform that interviews stakeholders asynchronously before discovery workshops. It synthesizes inputs into clear, measurable requirements, highlights agreements and conflicts, and helps Business Analysts run faster, more focused sessions. By reducing scheduling friction and repetition, Workshop IT helps teams surface insights earlier, cut preparation time, and improve outcomes during project discovery.
