Tempo

Tempo is a load-aware companion for people working long hours with Claude. It monitors session patterns like retries, error rates, and unbroken stretches—never your words—and only at natural pauses offers a single 40-second reset tailored for terminals. On Claude Code, it adds a warming status line, local logging, and week-by-week insights, all offline and account-free. It also runs as a Claude skill for chat, Cowork, and Chrome, staying silent unless your signals truly merit help.
