Outsource your todo list, let anyone add tasks to your list
Taskstacks are todo lists that anyone can add to. I was sick of customers texting, emailing and calling me with things to get done for them. 20% of the requests never made it to my agenda for the day. Now, all I have to do is say "add that to my taskstack" and they can click the link from my email signature!
It doesn't require an account for them, and it remembers all of their information. Also, It alerts them as soon as the task is done.
