SQL Lighthouse tracks every change to your SQL Server database schemas, so you can make sure all your databases are in the right state. When your databases change, you get an email alert from SQL Lighthouse.
On the web dashboard, you can see the what, who, when and how of unexpected changes (also known as 'database drift'), so you can make things right. You can then decide to roll back the change or deploy it to more databases. It's the easy way to identify unexpected changes to your SQL Server databases - as well as confirming that intended changes happened successfully.
