SageTalk is a self-learning AI that answers questions on behalf of your team, and doesn't require you to leave Zendesk-Zopim/LiveChat/etc. It should eliminate around 60% of your service interactions.There is a lot of noise in the AI customer service chatbot space, but...we're a bit different. We don't want people to switch from their Zendesk/LiveChat/etc. platform. If it's working, that's great. We built something that sits on top.
