ReCapted

Store every photo, private, shared, or public and collaborate with anyone

ReCapted is a place where you can store, organize, share and relive your moments without compromising safety, security, privacy and ownership. A central memory hub where you are able to store your memories without a doubt that they are safe, yours and private.

Photos captured by other people at your life’s events, like a trip, wedding or a night out are often a hassle to collect and store in one place. With ReCapted you can collaborate with friends and family, give your photos and get their photos in a shared private album. ReCapted is the place to relive your captured moments. It’s a hybrid between a social media and a private cloud storage service.

Hi BetaListers 😄
My name is Mikkel Ulstrup and I am the founder of ReCapted and what an honor to be here.

I started ReCapted with the goal to create a place where you can store your photos privately and share them with whomever you want. My main goal is to create a place where people know that their memories are safe, private and easily shareable.

The idea came about a year ago, when I was traveling with my family and we wondering how we could collect our photos taken on multiple devices in one place without compromising our privacy. So I decided to create that place, because I didn't like the solutions that existed.

In the future we strive to be the place where you know we would never compromise privacy and safety, and we are building new technologies that are going to make organizing and sharing photos even easier.

Let me know if you have any questions!
Thanks!
Hi @Mikkel_Ulstrup, congrats on launching the beta! Do you use or planning to use any mobile analytics tool for your app? I'd suggest trying http://inapptics.com/. We are also in the beta stage and are looking for awesome apps to join our beta and use our tool for free. Visual user flows, heat maps, crash reports, general statistics and all for free for our beta users :)
@tigranhakobian Thank you! I will take a look at it and forward it to the developers. We could might use this in the near future :-)
