QuickDefend
A way for students to prove they are familiar with their own work
QuickDefend is a platform that let students include a link in their essays that prove they are familiar with the essay. ChatGPT/AI cheating has become a real issue in school and university work, and AI detection tools do not really work.
Students can create the link by submitting their essay to the QuickDefend platform. In the platform, they would need to answer a quick time-limited AI-generated quiz about their own work. The quiz is designed such that students who have high familiarity with the work can easily answer all questions quickly. When reviewing the essay, the teacher can look at the link and be reassured that the student has high familiarity with the essay they submitted.
