We're building an experience that will fundamentally reshape the way designers are evaluated and hired, by restructuring the application process to focus on apples-to-apples comparisons and eliminate hiring bias.
Over time, ProductDesigners will become a community of dialogue, sharing, and ethical decision making that goes beyond hiring and has a deeper effect on the cumulative quality and perspective that product designers take when building the next generation of software.
