Operator's Decision Kit

Solo operators running multiple projects accumulate decisions across chat history and unfinished docs and lose track of them. Months later, they often re-decide things they already decided, recalling rationalisations rather than original reasons. Operator's Decision Kit is a $39 markdown/Obsidian template bundle that fixes this. It includes an append-only decision log with an eight-field schema, a daily brief highlighting decisions to revisit, a runbook template for recurring decisions, five examples, and a 10-section manual.
