Manage projects, clients, and invoices with one login for freelancers
I have freelanced since 2014 and ran my studio using eight different apps. OIO is the one I built to replace them. A project includes its client, tickets, kanban, timeline, files, chat, and meeting notes. When the work is done, you write the invoice from the same project, in your currency, and log the payment against it. Proposals and contracts are also included, and your client can sign them online via a link without needing an account.
There is a free plan with 3 projects and 3 clients. Paid plans add AI, more storage, a Claude connector over MCP, and seats for a team.
