oiko is an app that allows to turn any property into a coliving with comfortable split payments and purchases & best deals on local businesses, such as gyms, cafes and shops. The way it works is that people propose multi-room properties they like on our app and find potential roommates with mutual interests.

We aim to make living in cities affordable and accessible, both financially and socially. Every coliving formed with our app will be connected with other colivings within a radius, so that people can form local communities around shared interests, form groups to do sports together and share and exchange things between each other.
