NextWave Hire allows employers to showcase life at their company through authentic employee testimonials which are captured and distributed via technology (as opposed to the services model used by agencies).
The purpose of these testimonials is to share life at the company and convert talent into job applicants. We use a survey to get answers to questions like "what skills are you learning in your job?" and get responses back via text and video. When they are ready, HR approves the responses, and then they go live in an embed on the careers page.
