Customers can find high quality (mostly-independent) restaurants nearby and earn rewards at them from Red Letter Days - drive a Ferrari, relax at a spa day, drink champagne at the Shard, etc - or make a donation to charity. Restaurants can drive high spending customers to their restaurants during midweek, without devaluing their brand by offering a discount.
