Lisseno is a native macOS app that translates meeting and app audio live and lets you reply in the other language. It works with Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Discord, Webex, browsers, and system audio, playing translated speech straight to your headphones. Use your own OpenAI API key stored locally; audio goes directly from your Mac to OpenAI, and no bot joins your calls. Set it up in seconds, choose a source and target language, and listen or speak both ways during any call on macOS 14+.
