JobScout is a service where you can choose between two types of people to apply to jobs on your behalf. One is the spray and pray; $1/per job application. The other is a thoughtful job application for $3/job. I tried this myself and over the past year of trying literally over 300 different people I found some really amazing passionate job appliers.
