These recruiters will often tap on the shoulder of employees to refer people and then earn a hefty commission off that employee's connection.
Our model lets smart and connected people refer candidates from their personal network for open positions on our platform. If the person's referral gets hired or even interviewed, they can make $4-20k per placement and $100-300 per interview.
