The widget is linked to a web-based dashboard which allows companies to visualize, organize and respond to incoming inquiries from existing and potential customers. Using the Dropifi dashboard, companies can see incoming message and contact trending data and full profiles, response times in relation to industry metrics and internal historical performance on response rates.
