Doorkeep is communications software designed for property managers. Anyone managing properties can stay on top of text messages, phone calls and emails with help desk software built specifically for them.

Property managers can send and receive text messages, send group text messages to entire properties (or buildings, units and more), control incoming calls and route phone calls to specific people on their team. You can take control of their notifications and incoming phone calls with property hours, a “do not disturb” designed for a property manager. The phone number can be setup as text message only, tenant call only or an open line to manage all communications for your properties.
