Destination Reads

Destination Reads is a platform that helps travelers find books set in places around the world. I previously spent almost a year as a digital nomad, and realized that travelers often want to read fiction and creative non-fiction set in the places they go for business or pleasure -- reading beyond the guidebook is one of the best ways to build rapport with a new destination and get a real sense of its culture. But there isn't an easy way to find the best novels, memoirs, histories and essays set in or written about a certain city.

Destination Reads lets contributors nominate their favorite books set in a certain city, and lets travelers easily find the best books and reviews relevant to their next destination.
