Chain is a new iPhone app that lets users link together videos to create — you guessed it! — video chains. Users can create personal chains, just between friends, or public ones. For example, if you wanted to get a bunch of friends to give you their opinion on your new outfit, you could create a personal chain where everyone has their say. On the other hand, if you wanted to get political and start a debate about Bernie Sanders, you could create a public chain that does just that.
