Bankity

Predict your finances and get real-time reports of your expenses

Bankity shows you in real time the impact of each expense in your finances, predicting how much money you will save according to your spending patterns.

Bankity syncs all your transactions WITHOUT asking for your most sensitive information, your BANK PASSWORDS. Bankity works like an e-mail inbox that organizes all your bank notifications, your Bank normally notifies you with something like this: "$20 have been deducted from your credit card card" Bankity gets this info and reorganizes the data in a more understandable screen. This is the reason why Bankity does not need bank passwords to work. Making our app very safe and real-time responsive like your inbox.

I think this is interesting but:
A. I'm not ok with giving an app full access to email, especially when the beta is "coming soon"
B. I'm not sure I agree that banks send those notifications so not sure at all how it works.
@alexcohenbirch Hi Alex, thanks for showing interest in Bankity, there are several Banks around the world that send notifications to their customers via email, some US examples are: Wells Fargo, Capital One and Chase.
Hi evernone thanks for the support, we are currently fine-tunning our features and we will launch as soon as we validate them, if you have any idea that can add value to our App please let us now (Any kind of Criticism is welcome) here or via email (martinezdanel082014@gmail.com), we will try to keep you all updated with the current status of the Startup.
It sounds interesting, I wonder if it will ever be available in the UK. If it connects via Plaid, then I won't get my hopes up. Oh and my UK bank also emails and texts me notifications, just search for "Natwest Alerts". I hope the email access is read-only.
@ianmayman Hi Ian! 1 Absolutely, we have already checked out several banks in the UK and we want to be everywhere in the future, any bank that has a notifications works with Bankity.

2. Yess the email access is read-only.

Thanks for the interest in Bankity, we hope to hear from you again.
@martinezd082014 I've just registered my interest now. I would like to suggest in the future that there is an option for multiple email accounts linked to one Bankity account. This could be for addresses business and personal expenses, for expenses relating to different purchasing people in an organisation, each with their own address.
