Add Car Widgets is an iOS app that enhances CarPlay with glanceable widgets, custom connect and disconnect sounds, and a full Mount Mode for cars without CarPlay. Set photo, weather, music, compass, and speed widgets that fit the five-slot CarPlay layout, and refresh photos and weather tied to your route. Use per-vehicle profiles, import your own audio cues, and run a driver-focused dashboard with big controls, GPS speed, and day/night modes on any mounted iPhone. It works on CarPlay-capable iPhones (iOS 16.2+) and is free to try with optional upgrades.
