Premium Marketing Coordinator

The Premium Marketing team is responsible for the development, communication, and execution of global marketing plans to drive our Premium subscription business. As a part of this team you will quickly develop a broad understanding of global marketing - from brand strategy, to subscriber acquisition, customer engagement, loyalty, partnerships and more. This position provides the opportunity to learn and work in a dynamic and fast-paced team. You will support and help shape Spotify’s marketing approach for the core subscription business.

What you’ll do

  • Support overall project management and execution for Premium Marketing initiatives and launches including but not limited to; global acquisition and conversion, new market expansion, partnerships, loyalty communications, etc.
  • Support with end-to-end campaign planning including but not limited to; analysis of consumer and competitor trends, brief development, and campaign reporting and analysis
  • Develop projects and presentations to communicate team priorities, objectives and results
  • Coordinate with media team and agencies to set-up, track and report campaign results
  • Ensure key information is provided to various cross functional teams in a timely manner including agency communications, production and vendor communications, project recaps, etc.
  • Support the budget process,  and maintain project tracker
  • Support all team administrative needs including but not limited to budget reconciliation, team meetings, check-ins, off-sites, travel, activities and presentations

Who you are

  • 2+ years business experience in a professional environment (marketing experience preferred)
  • You are an ambitious, diligent and a fast learner who is eager to learn and add value to your team
  • You possess strong organizational and project management, communication and writing skills - with experience in project management
  • You have the ability to work effectively and cross- functionally to drive multiple projects across all levels of management internal and external
  • You bring a great attitude, with a passion for the Spotify brand
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, high energy environment and are comfortable with ambiguity
  • You are comfortable working with all levels of management - internally and externally
  • You are proficient in Google and Microsoft products
  • You are entrepreneurial in outlook and are comfortable in a “startup” environment
