Who are we?
We’re revolutionising the way people buy tickets to culture and attractions in cities all over the world. Our technology allows users to easily browse and book tickets to the best attractions in seconds, meaning customers can enter museums, zoos, theme parks and more, simply by showing their smartphones.
This internship will have you working with two of our fastest-moving customer-facing departments. As an intern with customer support, you will be part of the Tiqets Customer Service team. You’ll offer support in English and French via phone, email and WhatsApp. You’ll help our customers get their tickets, give advice on their destination, and answer any questions they may have. Whatever they need, you’ll be there to help them with.
With our Content Team, you'll be working on the nuts and bolts (Back Office CMS) helping get products live in English and French. You’ll also help make sure all our products are accurate and well-explained (utilizing your experience in Customer Service).
