Box Solutions Partner Business Development Manager | EMEA | Central London (Old Street) based
The Box Channel Sales team works in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where innovative ideas and creative minds meet to drive significant market share through partner collaboration and field success. We are on the lookout for a hands-on, sales-oriented, motivated and organised Business Development Manager to execute on driving incremental revenue with Box’s Services/SI and Resale/VAR partners.
This position will report to the Channel Sales Director for Box Solution Partners. You will be responsible for programmatic control and enablement of the 'unmanaged' ecosystem of box Channel Partners in EMEA, including responding to, and support for inbound enquiries. Additional responsibilities include pricing support and close work with the BOX channel team in the US to ensure the EMEA team benefit from best practices and newly created sales assets.
You must have the ability to operate effectively in a rapidly scaling, dynamic environment, be able to manage multiple stakeholders and groups simultaneously and have strong communications skills.

These partners broaden Box sales reach, deepen and differentiate our solution capabilities, and accelerate sales cycles. These 'unmanaged' partners need rapid and scalable sales enablement, delivery training & certification on Box basics & platform, access to partner’s tools, and pricing & contract support.
Who you are
You will be a highly personable sales-oriented individual with strong execution skills to build a programmatic/automated approach for managing these partners. You will be measured by influence and resale revenues, program automation, and identification & promotion of top candidates each quarter to become “managed” partners by the Regional Channel Managers.
In order to be a successful member of the Channel Sales Team at Box and thrive in this Business Development Manager role, you should have the following background:
1-3 years experience working with Services/SI and Reseller/VAR building repeatable programs that drive demand, sales, and create long-term partner relationships
Ability to rapidly on-board new channel partners
Engage with and motivate channel marketing, legal, education, and operations to support partner requirements
Great communication skills, French or German language skills would be a big plus.
