We are looking for a talented marketing attorney to provide legal support for our marketing, social, PR and consumer insights teams. The successful candidate will advise on a host of entertainment marketing initiatives, with a focus on negotiating with agencies and conducting creative review of marketing strategies. Among other things, this person will partner with our United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand marketing teams to help guide marketing, social and PR campaigns and initiatives; review and advise on marketing creative; and negotiate a variety of marketing and consumer insights related agreements.

The role will report to the Senior Counsel, Marketing, Digital Advertising, & Ad Tech.
The successful candidate will have approximately 6-10+ years of broad-based marketing, advertising, and contract drafting and negotiation experience. Expertise in the following areas is required: agency and sponsorship agreements, rights and clearances, marketing talent deals, and contests/sweepstakes. Software as a service (SAAS) agreement experience is a plus. Experience at a law firm and in-house at an entertainment company or major advertiser as well as familiarity with intellectual property rights, is strongly preferred.
