Director, Customer Marketing

In this role, you are responsible for our customer marketing strategy, from building a global customer reference program to building passionate customer advocates. This role also encompasses the creation and evangelism of customer success through written case studies, videos, and speaking opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead strategy and execution of customer marketing plans to activate overall customer base.
  • Identify and onboard new reference customers, manage and monitor customer reference activity. Manage programs (customer advisory boards, awards, conferences) for increased customer connections and communications to build customer advocacy and success.
  • Document customer success stories through various content formats (written case study, slides, videos, podcasts).
  • Administer customer advocacy and rewards platform. Train internal teams on use of reference materials, processes, programs and strategy for customer assets.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience through day-to-day activities, and work as an advocate for our customers.

 

Qualifications include:

  • BA/BS degree from top tier university.
  • Experience in establishing strong working relationships both internally and externally, quickly establishing trust and credibility, particularly with senior executives in large strategic customer accounts.
  • Appreciation and interest in product to engage customers on technical concepts.
  • Strong verbal and written communications with meticulous attention to detail and creativity.
  • Ability to respond rapidly to sales cycle deadlines when required.
