I've been using HowLikely for a couple of months now and have found it incredibly easy to use on the back end, and a very nice configurable UX on the customer end. Next week we're also launching a recurring customer survey for 12,000+ contacts so the price-point of HowLikely is really attractive.
The survey is very easy to set up; easily configurable templates for the email & follow-on pages, custom fields and groups for contacts. And then the Survey results dashboard and filtered view (by selected contact fields) makes for really quick analysis.
Robert and his team are smart, responsive and customer-focused, which is fitting for a company creating an NPS survey tool!
