Hi everyone! We've already been informing Betalist about the broken link. The correct link is http://gethellobox.com ... Would be awesome to get your feedback!
@perschmitz Open 8AM-8PM. What timezone? We serve multiple timezones. It would be useful to know which timezone that's specified in. My computer is set to my hometown timezone (Barcelona, Spain) but I'm currently working at the main office (EST). And our customers come from all 50 states.
@perschmitz Also, website says "one website" for the basic plan. How does that play out with whitelabeling? We have a single site/app that powers dozens of whitelabeled sites, with different URLs. Thoughts?
@grexican yep, showing the timezone to visitors sounds like a good idea. You can set your timezone in the HelloBox settings (it's just not shown to the public) to make sure open/closed status is correct. You can use HelloBox with different URLs for free, as long as you are able to add the embed code to all those sites (e.g. inside a script that constructs those sites).
@perschmitz I'm confused about your "URLs for free" statement. It looks like the difference between your Premium and Agency plans are how many sites you can use it against. I'm saying that this is for one site, but multiple URLs. How's that work with your pricing?
@grexican maybe we don't explain this well enough on our page ... the Premium plan is actually for one HelloBox, on how many pages you use it then is up to you. The Agency plan means it's for setting up multiple Premium HelloBoxes, as it's meant to allow agencies creating multiple widgets for their clients.
