@nick_analytics Stripe doesn’t provide a way for your users to update their payment details neither does it allow you to send personalised messaging campaigns to recover payments. So for each failed payment in Stripe, Revively will start a new campaign of 4 emails and a final cancellation email. Each email can be personalised, subject lines, body etc. Revively will also allow you to send branded (with your logo and colours) payment pages for your customers to update their payment info. This is all done entirely automatically once set up :-)
