A marketer at heart; I’m working to become a web application developer by learning and applying modern web technologies.

This is a really cool idea. I think it would be a useful tool to recognize gaps in knowledge and experience. I wonder if LinkedIn has an API that you can connect to run a similar analysis with a LinkedIn profile. It seems like the trend is going away from sending out resumes or CVs.
This is a really cool app. I like how simple it is and how I can get started using it right away. I think one way to make it even better would be if you could incorporate templates into it for different types of tasks i.e meetings, writing a blog post, etch . These templates could be saved, and shared between friends, family or co-workers. Good luck!
@chrisbemister that’s such a great idea! Public templates that can be copied and reused, I’m putting that down in the roadmap!
This looks pretty awesome. I think I could definitely use it when I start beta testing my static website builder. The only thing I don’t like about it is name/brand. It isn’t very catchy or descriptive of the functionality that the app offers. Good luck!
@chrisbemister Hey Chris! Thanks so much for the feedback - really appreciate it. If you get a chance to test it out, please let us know if you run into any issues, have any questions, or are looking for new features! Thanks again!
I had a couple other ideas after giving your app some more thought. I think the app would be useful outside of meeting agendas. I think it would be useful for other usecases, like writing a blog post or creating a new feature for an app. One thing I didn’t like about the timer is personally I find a timer with numbers counting down somewhat distracting. I also didn’t like alarm at the end of a block. I had an idea of replacing the countdown timer and alarm with a color background instead. The timer could start at green and then slowly change to yellow, then red as time expires. You could even have an expired zone where the colour goes to black. Then the user could just tap or swipe to reset the background color and move on to the next task.

If you’d like to chat more about it, you can look me up on LinkedIn or email me at my full name

It’s sometimes nice to take a break from your own projects and think about someone else’s.
