Very excited to be featured on BetaList. I'm looking for help in articulating the story. Genchi gives every team member a voice, and as a result project owners can see how everyone is feeling about their current goal at any point in time. I feel this provides an architecture to build trust and openness as a habit, and by embracing transparency (where frequently this information is hidden or spun) there will be big returns in productivity and the feeling of shared ownership.

I'd welcome any suggestions on how to "pitch" this more concisely.
